Yarn tension and stitch gauge are set and monitored so each run holds consistent dimensions across bulk orders. Knitted and crocheted apparel manufacture is the core of our work.
Pullovers, cardigans, jerseys, and waistcoats are made directly into shape, with each piece formed to its specified outline.
Production protocol
From sample approval to bulk execution
Each program begins with sampling. Samples are produced to the agreed specification and reviewed against yarn, gauge, and shape before any bulk work is scheduled.
Once a sample is approved, bulk garment execution follows the same recorded tension and gauge settings, so the approved piece is what the production run delivers.
